Jamar Briscoe, who had already transferred from NC Central, is on the move yet again.
A press release from Charlotte release outlined that Briscoe is now able to "speak with other institutions in order to transfer from the program.”
According to a report by the Charlotte Observer's David Scott, it wasn't a voluntary decision.
"[Briscoe] was told by the coaches that they couldn't make him happy," his mother Trinita Ricks told Scott.
A year after averaging 12.5 points per game, Briscoe was supplanted by freshman Pierria Henry in the starting lineup.
According to the Observer, Briscoe will go back to Baltimore and discuss his future plans with his family. In order to play again, he would need to do so at a Division II or III program because of NCAA eligibility rules.
